Ice fishing is something that we look forward to all year. It is a great time to score that limit of large panfish for a fish fry or to land a trophy Walleye or Pike. We provide ice shacks for rent all winter (ice permitting) on the Madison Chain of Lakes. All ice shack rentals include transportation to and from the shack, as well as all necessary fishing equipment. Depending on the species you would like to target determines which shack you will be put in as they are located in different spots targeting different speicies of fish. Shacks are available for rend for the day, the weekend, or the whole week. Shacks can accommodate 4 - 6 adults depending on the shack. These trips will inlcude instruction at the beginning of the day on the general technique to use throughout the day.

In addition to shack rentals we also run fully guided trips on the ice. These trips are done with portable heated shacks and can accommodate up to 8 people. Species targeted are generally Panfish, Walleye, and Pike. We also run guided ice fishing trips on Lake Michigan in the Milwaukee harbor for giant Brown Trout and Steelhead (Rainbow Trout). This can be an absolute blast with extremely hard fighting fish ranging from 3 - 25 Lbs. All Guided fishing trips include all fishing equipment and bait as well as fish cleaning at the end of the day.

For all shack rentals and guided trips you will need to bring the necessary fishing license, any snacks and beverages you would like, and appropriate clothing for the day. Dress in layers, it gets cold out there! Alcohol is premitted but only in moderation. Please keep all your drinking at a responsible level.
